The University of Michigan is known worldwide for our research expertise. With expenditures in excess of $1 billion, research is central to U-M’s mission and permeates all 19 schools and colleges, including the College of Engineering, where the EVC is housed.

Integral to this strength is our collaboration with industry, educational institutions, and anyone interested in EVs and electric mobility.

Are you interested?

We have several ways to become connected to the U-M EVC if you join us:

Affiliate – receive regular communications directly from the EVC to stay in the loop.

Associate – benefit from our education and workforce development opportunities, whether reskilling or upskilling for the EV revolution, through a variety of workshops and degree programs.

Member – paid members, depending on level, receive additional benefits, including voting on research project priorities, serving on governance committees, participating in research projects, and more.
